During the event "Restaurant Week" between 12 - 29 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 10.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Available soups/starters:
- Hungarian ‘Palóc’-style soup, pickled green beans, dill oil, dill foam
- Spring vegetable cream soup, fermented leek, sweet potato chips (V)
- Mangalitza pork croquette, wild garlic mayonnaise
- Turkish-style eggplant tartare (V)
- Hash brown, orda (fresh whey cheese) mousse (V)
Available main courses:
- 'Gödöllő'-style chicken thigh, pea risotto, sugar snap peas, chicken jus
- Grilled goat cheese, chili, honey, fresh salad greens, blood orange mayonnaise (V)
- Hungarian 'Rakott krumpli' - layered potatoes with roasted Mangalica sausage, egg cream, sour cream foam
- Breaded pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes with herbs, home-made pickled cabbage salad
- Lamb loin, carrot cream with curry, sweet potato chips, parsley salad, carrot textures (+1.000 Huf)

- Mille-feuille with cottage cheese and apricot
- Triple chocolate cake
