During the event "Restaurant Week" between 12 - 29 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 10.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Before the menu:
Welcome snack - Cheese wafer, duck liver, plum, black garlic, beetroot
Available starters:
- Scandinavian venison tenderloin tartare, wild sourdough bread
- Mangalica 3.0 - Pork crackling spread, English mustard; Pâté, smoked pork knuckle, pistachio; Káptalantóti Mangalitza bacon, horseradish; Wild sourdough bread
Available main courses:
- ’Gödöllői de luxe’ (duck leg and duck liver), brown butter potato purée, green peas
- ’Eszterházy Rostélyos’ - Argentinian rib-eye steak, pickled carrot, miso celery, sautéed mushrooms, capers, parsley
Available desserts:
- ’Citrus Heaven’ - Seven varieties of citrus, different textures and temperatures
- Basque Cheesecake, dried sour cherry chutney, palinka gelée, chestnut
