The word itself comes from the German Gable, meaning fork, in its Hungarianized form, and it also means brunch. Gábli, as a café and restaurant, is what we felt had been missing from Makó until now.

We wanted to create a cozy place that is just elegant enough for you to feel a little special when you sit down with us, but without having to worry about whether you are dressed properly, or whether your children are behaving politely enough.
