During the event "Restaurant Week" between 12 - 29 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 10.900 HUF.

Due to VIBE’s special cuisine and dishes, it is not prepared with 3 courses, but with 7 items for Restaurant Week.

Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 7-course menus:

Before the menu:
Amuse Bouche - Spring pea and mint soup with ricotta cream (V)

Starters (to share – all the 3-courses are served as a starter):
- Wakame salad with sesame and chili dressing (V)
- Torpedo prawn & cucumber roll with spicy mayo
- Chicken liver parfait with apple gel, pickled shallots and sourdough

Available main courses (1 for each):
- Grilled Pork belly with celeriac purée, apple and jus
- Salmon fillet with cabbage-bacon primavera and citrus
- Cauliflower with pineapple and rocoto-chili glaze with pumpkin salsa (V)

Desserts (to share – all the 2-courses are served):
- Churros with dark chocolate sauce
- White chocolate mousse with pineapple and coconut
