During the event "Restaurant Week" between 12 - 29 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 8.900 HUF.

 

Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:

Available starters/soups:
- Oven-roasted marrow bone with herb crumbs, toast and pickled red onion (LF)
- Tiger prawns in garlic-chili butter sauce served with focaccia (+1.000 Huf)
- Mushroom consommé with truffle-ricotta ravioli and shimeji mushrooms (V)
- Chestnut cream soup with poached pear and caramelised chestnuts (GF; V)

Available main courses:
- Chicken breast wrapped in Black Forest ham, creamy spinach and cheddar-topped Hasselback potato (GF)
- Oven-roasted duck leg with home-made zucchini hash brown and ginger apple compote
- „Mátrai Borzaska”– pork cutlet in potato crust with rice-peas pilaf, sour-cream foam and Gruyère cheese
- Whole roasted pork knuckle with dark beer jus, potato dumplings and apple–red wine braised red cabbage
- Juniper-flavoured venison ragout with chanterelles and cottage cheese fritters (+1.000 Huf)
- Grilled smoked cow’s-milk cheese with fig chutney and citrus green salad (GF; V)
- Grilled salmon fillet in hazelnut crust with sweet-potato purée and garlic Swiss chard (GF) (+1.000 Huf)

Available desserts:
- Brownie with stout caramel, quince espuma and pecans
- Kaiserschmarrn with home-made apricot marmalade
- Mandarin dark chocolate mousse with blackberry coulis and almond crumble (GF, LF)
