During the event "Restaurant Week" between 12 - 29 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 8.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Available soup/starters:
- Roasted onion cream soup, onion variations (V)
- Hortobágy savory pancake filled with free-range chicken, paprika sauce, sour cream foam
- Seared salmon, ginger Beurre Blanc sauce, fennel salad, pomegranate
Available main courses:
- Duck breast fillet, sun-dried tomato gratin potatoes, creamy parsnip purée, red wine jus
- Confit mangalica pork neck, sour cream and onion potato dumplings
- Home-made porcini mushroom ravioli, sun-dried tomato butter sauce, truffled mountain cheese (V)
- Salmon fillet, tomato jasmine rice, porcini velouté, shimeji mushrooms (+2.500 Huf)
Available desserts:
- Dark chocolate cake, mango chutney, freeze-dried raspberry crisp
- Strawberry cheesecake verrine
- Forest berry mousse, chocolate foam
