Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 4-course menus:
Before the 4-course menu:
Welcome: Sourdough bread, butter (afgf,V)
Vegetarian courses:
- Egg fried rice (GM,V)
- Spiced caramelised onions, hummus, sesame and spring pesto (Gf,V)
- Panko-crusted aubergine with marinara sauce and Parmesan (V)
- Fried goats cheese, labneh, pickled raspberry beetroot (Gf,V)
- Home-made croquette, sriracha mayo, parmesan (V)
- Roasted Brussels sprouts, sticky sriracha, peanut crumbs (V)
Seafood courses:
- Whitebait, aioli (Gf,Lf)
- King Prawn tempura, tentsuyu dip, pickled ginger (Lf) (+1.000 Huf)
Meat courses:
- Beef Consommé (afgf,Lf)
- Marrowbone, toast, horseradish (afgf,Lf)
- 'Murgh makhani' - Butter chicken, laffa
- Beef tounge carpaccio with horseradish mayonnaise, parmesan and rocket (Gf)
- Duck croquettes with sweet chilli mayonnaise and mint (+1.000 Huf)
- Giant pork schnitzel with pickled vegetables and aioli (Lf) (+2.000 Huf)
Desserts:
- Carrot canelé with orange white chocolate espuma and caramel sauce (Gf)
- Cottage cheese dumplings (preparing time 10-15m)
