During the event "Restaurant Week" between 1 - 18 October, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 10.900 HUF.

Due to Cut&Barrel's special cuisine and dishes, it is not prepared with 3 courses, but with 5 items for Restaurant Week.

EXTRA: House wine offer is 5.900 HUF. It contains 3 glasses of wine.

(Minimum for 2 people! Of course, reservations for more than 2 people are also possible, the food portion increases proportionally with the number of guests.)
Please note that the meals are served family-style, placed in the middle of the table, which can then be eaten together.

Starters: (to share – all the 2-courses are served as a starter – for 2 people)
- Charcuterie - Selection of cured meats, served with fresh bread
- Steak Tartare - Beef tartare, truffle sauce, cured egg yolk, fried capers
  Wine offer: Haraszthy, „Fine Dining” Sauvignon Blanc 2025 (Etyek-Buda)

Optional additions: (supplement per person, minimum 2 people – price/guest)
- Taco de Atún - Tuna tataki, sesame seeds, guacamole, soy caramel, crispy corn shell (+2.800 Huf)
- Talo de Maíz con Pato - Pulled duck, sweet chili, piquillo pepper foam, house-made corn tortilla (+2.500 Huf)
- Provoleta - Grilled provolone cheese, oregano, paprika (+1.600 Huf)
- Tiradito de Seriola - Yellowtail tiradito, tropical leche de tigre, roasted coconut foam, green apple (+2.100 Huf)

Main Course: (For 2 people - sharing style)
- Argentinian Beef Steak (500 g) - Josper-grilled Argentinian beef steak, crispy smashed potatoes, Idiazabal cheese sauce
  Wine offer: Haraszthy, „Fantástico” Malbec 2021 (Mendoza, Argentina)

Optional Side Dishes: (supplement per person, minimum 2 people, price/guest)
- Green Fusion Salad - Mixed leaves, raspberry dressing, apple aspic, celeriac sorbet (+1.500 Huf)
- Sweet Potato Fries - Crispy sweet potato fries (+1.000 Huf)
