During the event "Restaurant Week" between 1 - 18 October, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 8.900 HUF.

Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:

Available starters/soup:
- Goat cheese brûlée with roasted plum and walnut crumble
- Duck foie gras pâté with fig and onion chutney, toasted mini brioche (+1.000 Huf)
- Smoked beef tongue with mustard-dressed beluga lentil salad and horseradish cream (+1.000 Huf)
- Tyrolean garlic cream soup with Parmesan toast

Available main courses:
- Chicken breast wrapped in Black Forest ham, stuffed with pistachio cheese cream, served with brown butter cauliflower purée, homemade croquettes and marinated pear
- Rosé duck breast with caramelized sweet cabbage, golden-brown potato noodles and rosemary-infused roasted red pepper
- Porchetta-style pork tenderloin wrapped in pork belly, with garlic parsnip purée, roasted baby potatoes and zucchini salad with capers and olives (+1.000 Huf)
- Grilled salmon fillet with creamy dill summer squash and soft polenta (+1.000 Huf)
- Saffron pappardelle with confit tomatoes and fresh burrata

Available desserts:
- Hungarian golden dumplings with vanilla custard sauce
- Cottage cheese dumplings in homemade sweet breadcrumbs, served with sweetened sour cream
- Orange and cinnamon chocolate soufflé
- Pistachio mousse with raspberry (GF, LF, Vegan)
