During the event "Restaurant Week" between 12 - 29 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 10.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Available starters:
- Furikake salmon sashimi - elderflower furikake seasoning, shio koji-marinated salmon, sesame (+1.490 Huf)
- Home-made pork dumplings (5pcs) - ground pork, Chinese garlic chives, shrimp & black rice vinegar sauce, Sichuan chili oil
- Agedashi tofu - crispy fried tofu, tsuyu dipping sauce, grated daikon radish, ginger, spring onion (Vegan)
- Pulled duck bao - pulled duck, cucumber, spring onion
Available main courses: (complimentary soy-marinated egg and locally sourced premium rice)
- Shou pa chicken - yellow chili marinated chicken thigh, ginger pesto & crispy chicken skin
- Shio koji marinated ball tip steak - pepper sauce, white onion & soy cured egg yolk (+1.790 Huf)
- Mapo tofu - tofu, confit onions, green Sichuan pepper & tobanjan (Vegan)
- San bei aubergine - fried aubergine, sesame, san bei sauce & chives (Vegan)
